WRITING MANUALS |
Our Manual Writing Workshops provide a reliable and practical template to help Manual writers plan, write and edit reader focused manuals.
Participants learn the skills required to write manuals that are
- Clear, focused, organized and sequential.
- Written from the readers’ perspective, not the writer’s perspective.
- Are reader friendly and jargon free, helping both technical and non-technical readers.
- Answer your readers’ questions, concerns and agenda.
- Are easy to read, both from a visual and a verbal perspective.
- Have a consistent, repeatable, predictable, uniform outcome.
Coaching Component. In addition to the group workshop, we also offer an individual coaching component. At these face-to-face or electronic meetings, our workshop “graduates” receive valuable one-on-one writing coaching and feedback, ask their individualized questions, and get the answers they need to enhance their writing skills and competencies.
